How many contacts can I get?

Your annual subscription to The List Online will allow you to view an unlimited number of records. You will have access to every company and every person in our database. We do monitor site activity in order to prevent abuse, including excessive downloads and sharing of logins and passwords. Please read our license agreement for full details.

How clean is The List's database?

To keep The List clean, current, and accurate, we telephone every company in our database every 120 days.

The List Online is updated daily with new and corrected information. In addition, we call every company in our database every four months to verify the contact information found in The List Online.

What geographic regions does The List Online cover?

The List Online focuses on North American corporate and agency contacts. All contacts based in the United States comes standard with a subscription to The List Online. Subscribers can also add The List Online Canada to their subscription or subscribe to it separately.

Tell me about the e-mail addresses included in your profiles.

The e-mail addresses found on The List Online are not "opt-in" and we protect the contacts from software programs that "crawl" sites and electronically extract e-mail addresses for disreputable purposes. Users are urged to abide by all state and federal regulations when sending e-mails.

Can you download information from The List Online?

Yes. The List Online has a handy feature that allows you to download a select prospect list as an Excel or .csv file. The information can then be easily imported into any major CRM system including ACT!, Salesforce.com, or Goldmine.

What information is included in the download function?

All necessary contact information (name, title, company, address, telephone number) along with the contact's e-mail address (if available) is included in the download.
